Our Story

Hi, my name is Bill Vanderkooi, and I am thrilled to share with you the story behind our company, Nutrifood Solutions.

My wife Helinda and I both grew up on dairy farms in Abbotsford. Since 2000, I have been involved in a company that develops innovative solutions for dairy farmers. Implementing one such solution on my brother’s dairy farm, we enabled our cows to naturally produce milk with the benefit of DHA Omega-3 (read full Vitala™ story here).

With a desire to make this product accessible to the public, we began the search for a company to partner with, but quickly discovered that what we were looking for did not yet exist.

And so, Nutrifood Solutions was born. Based on a desire to bring the highest quality natural products together under one roof, we are passionate about creating a thriving local marketplace, a place close to home where people can come to find the most natural functional foods available.

We offer only natural products, and we do so within a business model that continually ensures the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
